Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States, with free standard shipping on all orders.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and generally arrive 4–6 business days after shipment. Tracking is provided.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days. The merchant pays return shipping for eligible no-reason and quality-related returns. Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded. Approved refunds generally post in 5–10 business days.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
